How to connect your website with Google Search Console

1 | Go to Google Search Console
1.1 | SCROLL DOWN until you see the “Start now” or “ Go to Google Search Console”
1.2 | CLICK ON “Start now” or “ Go to Google Search Console”
2 | Sign in
2.1 | ADD YOUR EMAIL and hit the “next button”
2.2 | ADD “yourdomain.com” and HIT “continue”
2.3 | COPY the code that is shown on this page
3 | Go to your Squarespace website
3.1 | Click: SETTINGS > DOMAINS > YOURDOMAIN.COM > ADVANCED SETTINGS
3.2 | Click on TXT on the bottom of the page
3.3 | PASTE the code from Google Search Console and SAVE
4 | Come back to Google Search Console
4.1 | Click VERIFY then GO TO PROPERTY
4.2 | Click SITEMAP
4.3 | Add your Squarespace sitemap: “https://www.yoursite.com/sitemap.xml” and submit
4.4 | After that, you will see the MESSAGE below
5 | Sucess!
Your site now is indexed!!
